Fox & McAdams was founded on the principle that the needs of our clients must come first. Robert Fox has twelve years experience representing clients, aggressively negotiating settlements, and arguing cases before judges and juries. He has litigated cases involving consumer debt, real estate title disputes, and has represented both creditors and debtors in Chapter Seven, Eleven and Thirteen bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Fox was a Florida Certified Public Accountant. Patrick McAdams has extensive experience in the Florida Comerical Construction industry and holds degrees in Mechanical and Civil Engineering.
